Launchpad Platform

Introduction

Launchpad Platform is a WordPress Page Content Builder developed by Hicaliber using Advanced Custom Fields. It uses a combination of Page Elements to achieve just about any layout.

Our Base Platform includes most of the functionality and features required to build a standard website and there are a number of add-ons available to extend the functionality.

Base Content Types (CPT)

Our Base Platform includes the following Custom Post Types:

  • Posts (WP Default)
  • FAQs
  • Projects
  • Team
  • Reviews
  • Galleries

All the above include custom fields specific to the type of content generally displayed for each type. Each CPT includes a Settings tab where you can adjust the following:

  • Edit the Post Type Icon (uses Dashicons), Singular Post Term, Plural Post Term, Slug and Read More link text
  • Disable post Single Page, Category Archive and Tag Archive pages if not required
  • Edit the Category and Tag Slug
  • Specify the main archive page 
  • Build Search Filters
  • Build the Single Page layout including Sidebar options
  • Build the Category and Tag archive page layouts including Sidebar options

Our Projects CPT includes additional settings for adding Statuses. If Single Page is disabled there is option to use a modal to display post content.
